⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Claudia in the bakery was awesome! I came in today looking for a German chocolate cake for my dad’s 82nd birthday, but they didn’t have any available. Claudia worked her magic and was able to get one for us at the last minute. She really went above and beyond and made sure we had the cake we wanted for his birthday. Great customer service and a genuinely helpful attitude. Kudos to Claudia for making my dad’s birthday a little more special!

I had an unpleasant experience today; I tried to pay using the photo of my membership card, but the cashier was very rude. She refused to accept payment that way, claiming the system couldn't detect the image. I’ve done this many times before without issue, but today was different. I initially thought about leaving, but I went back with the items from my cart, paid, and managed to complete the transaction without any trouble. As I was leaving, she told me to bring the actual membership card next time. I was annoyed by her attitude—there are ways to say things, and she was neither polite nor kind. She even told me not to come back there anymore.

Tow tubes, life vest , summer accessories all out of stock already, don’t go there to waste your time, these guys have no idea how to plan summer or either other seasons items. Waste of time . Only works for groceries…

This is mostly for the bakery department. I ordered a cake and the only available window for pick up was 8-9am. I wasn't even aware the store was open that early. I dont have a Plus membership so i knew i couldn't buy anything but i was happy there was no issues. Ive been buying cakes from sams club for a couple years now and they've always been delicious.

Pricing for bulk purchase is pretty good along with cut off the meat. I'm pretty pleased with the choices as well as people im catering for.
